🌟 Position: Parent Relationship Manager (Female)
We are inviting MBA / PG / B.Tech graduates who are target-oriented and enthusiastic about fieldwork to join us as Parent Relationship Managers. This role is crucial in strengthening our bond with parents and students while guiding them on our academic programs.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting offline and online counselling sessions with parents and students.
- Promoting Sri Chaitanya academic programs across Telangana districts.
- Supporting admissions and engaging with parents at schools and home visits.
📌 Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA, PG, or B.Tech graduates.
- Strong computer skills; fluent in English & Hindi.
- Expertise in counselling & communication (both online and offline).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, FMCG, Admissions, or Counselling.
- Willingness to take up fieldwork.
- Two-wheeler mandatory.
💰 Salary Package:
₹5 to ₹7 Lakh per annum (Inclusive of Incentives)
📍 Work Location:
- Warangal & Khammam (Telangana) districts at Mandal level
